    The guide explained the names of the caves and their stories to us. We went inside them. Going down into the Benagil cave is no longer allowed, but we went in and approached it in the kayak. We went into one of the caves lying flat, and it was almost completely dark. It was fun and impressive. At the end, they gave us 10 minutes to swim. We highly recommend the experience.
