Translate this opinion into English.

Cerro Bayo was beautiful, with tons of snow and a lot of fun tobogganing. The restaurant was very expensive. They accept all forms of payment for the ski passes. We felt a bit pressured by the guide to get the passes through him and pay him later. We're foreigners and had no way to transfer money, so we ended up giving him cash when we got back to the hotel. It should be an option for the guide to get the passes, but we felt pressured too much. Villa La Angostura was a bit boring. Opinion translated. Show original.

The experience at Cerro Bayo was wonderful, however in Villa Angostura it was not because we did not walk around the village. The guide took us to lunch and informed us to leave at 3:15 PM. I thought we would stop somewhere else and have free time in the village, but that is not what happened. Another thing was that the van sent was somewhat small since it was at full capacity and it was a trip where people had to carry many clothes, backpacks, etc. There was some confusion at the departure!!

It was a disappointing tour, exactly what I had hoped for. The guide was attentive and Cerro Bayo is beautiful, but we only spent 1 hour and 30 minutes there. Then, we spent another 1 hour and 30 minutes having lunch at the restaurant recommended by the agency, time that could have been better used. The worst part was not being able to see the center of Villa La Angostura because of the snow. We could have stayed at least 30 minutes before continuing our trip. I left very frustrated.

Nada a acrescentar. Translate this opinion into English.

Nothing to add. The guide could have been more attentive to the five Brazilians on the tour. All attention to one Spanish-speaking couple. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was very good and the guide was very well prepared. I had a problem with the time, as I was informed via WhatsApp that the pick-up time at the hotel would be at 8:30 am and the van arrived around 8:10 am and the guide asked me to hurry up, as she couldn't wait. This made me a little uncomfortable, as I had to finish getting ready in a hurry. The company needs to be more concerned with this type of error, as in the end the customer is the one who has to "manage" to resolve the problem. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Tamara, the guide, and Emanuel, the driver, were two geniuses who took us safely and comfortably to both destinations. Cerro Bayo is a bit steep to climb as a pedestrian (approximately 50,000 AR$ as of August 2025 for Argentinians). But it's a beautiful experience that's worth it. The views from the top of the hill are gorgeous. <3 We'll definitely return in the summer to enjoy the same views without the snow! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Cerro Bayo had the most beautiful view in my opinion. Remember to bring cash to buy a ticket to go up, which is not included in the price here. Negative points: I thought the time allocated for the Cerro was too short (we spent about 3 hours). We barely managed to go up and play in the snow before we were already in line to go down. I didn't think it was worth going to Villa La Angostura. It's a beautiful city, but I would have preferred to have spent more time on the Cerro or even gone back. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The day before I confirmed the tour for 8:30 am at my hotel. the Guide arrived at 8 am - 30 min before. I asked him to wait a little while as I was finishing putting the clothes on with my son. After a few minutes the same guide called me saying that if we weren't at the entrance in two minutes he would leave. another issue - the lunch that needs to be served, it was at a place determined by the guide since it would need to be served - we did not like the quality/value. Translate this opinion into English.

To begin with, it is a bit inappropriate to call it a snow TOUR, because you only see snow on Cerro Bayo and nothing else. Villa La Angostura is a very beautiful place and it is worth visiting but it has nothing to do with snow. The Guide literally left us on the bayo hill for a couple of hours and gave us no further instructions, the same in Villa la Angostura. The guide's attention can definitely be improved and it is worth noting that for snow the best option is Villa Catedral.

Lamentable.

It seemed like a scam to me. The timing was very poorly managed. We spent almost three hours at Cerro Bayo and then were given only 15 minutes to explore the lake in Villa La Angostura. On the other hand, our guide, Tamara, had very little desire to work. I felt like she was just a companion, since she told us absolutely nothing about the landscapes, the places we visited, or Villa La Angostura. The only thing she did as a guide was ask us where we were coming from and open the door for us to get off the bus. Regrettable.

I chose the tour with a Portuguese guide and the guide hardly spoke any Portuguese, people didn’t understand anything. They picked us up at the hotel at 8:25 AM and we went straight to Cerro Bayo. We had to return at 12:30 for lunch, there was no time to enjoy anything at Cerro Bayo, only the cable car. The lunch was good. We went to Villa Angostura and walked for 40 minutes on a street with shops and then we left for Bariloche. Expensive and purposeless tour. The time at Cerro Bayo needs to be longer.

My family and I did not like the guide Tamara and the way she conducted the tour. She did not provide clear information and did not say a word in Portuguese, even though there were only Brazilians inside the Van. In Villa Angostura, she took us to a bad restaurant, with a dirty bathroom and cold food. After lunch, she took us for a 40-minute walk in the shops. We got off the Van in the rain and the driver was not the least bit kind to us. She should have dropped us off in the shopping area during lunch.

Pues no quedamos nada contentos.

Well, we were not happy at all. To start with, the description does not indicate that to go up to Cerro Bayo you have to pay for a chairlift, which is quite expensive. If you don't pay, you just have to stay down there doing nothing. Then they push you for time to go up and see the views and come back down. Just paying and going up took us more than an hour, so we were only up there for half an hour. In Villa la Angostura, they recommend you eat at a place where they are on commission and the walk is with total reluctance.
